Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Overview
At ADRIFLO, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, weāre here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines our procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your items to request a return or exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
With all original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact (if applicable).
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process any return.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
Final-sale items (clearly marked as āFINAL SALEā on the product page).
Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (unless they are defective or damaged).
Products that have been altered, washed, or show signs of wear.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Customer Support:
Email us at support@adriflo.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return (i.e., size issue, style preference, defect, etc.).
Receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number:
Once we review your request, we will email you a Return Authorization number along with detailed instructions.
Pack & Ship Your Item(s):
Repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship the item(s) back to us within 7 calendar days of receiving the RA number (unless otherwise instructed).
Important: We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments without tracking information.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If your return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping expenses upon approval.
Other Returns (e.g., size or style change): You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow 5ā7 business days for processing.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Refund Amount:
You will receive the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus any applicable original shipping fees.
If a promotional discount or coupon was applied to your original order, the refunded amount will reflect the pro-rated discount.
Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color (subject to availability), please follow the returns procedure above and note in your request that you want an exchange.
We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm availability of the new item.
If the new item has a higher price, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is lower, you will receive a refund for the price difference (minus any shipping fees).
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenāt received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or payment providerāit may take some processing time before the refund is officially posted.
Email us at support@adriflo.shop with āMissing Refundā in the subject line. Include your order number and any tracking information related to the return.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@adriflo.shop.
Include:
Your order number.
A description of the defect or damage.
Clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including shipping costs) at no additional charge.
10. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
Refunds will be issued once the returned package clears customs and is received by our warehouse.
Original international shipping fees are non-refundable.
11. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without penalty only if they have not yet shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@adriflo.shopĀ with your order number and cancellation request.
Once an order has shipped, you must follow the standard return procedure to receive a refund.
